extra care. I have made exceptions in the past depending on your dogs
age and personality. Contact me and we can discuss your needs.

way I can arrange my schedule around your needs. Depending on how

- Will you come to my house while I'm gone to feed my cats/ bring in
my mail/ etc?

fee involved for travel and time. Please inquire.
- Do you board cats?
- Answer: No, I own two of my own and they get along great with
dogs, but they don't like cats in their space. Send me an email if
you'd like a referral.
- Do you board Rabbits, Spiders, Iguanas, Birds, Etc? Answer:
I've boarded many a different pet. Contact me and we'll talk about
your needs.
- Will my dog be safe at your house?
- Answer: I take every precaution to make sure your dog will be
safe here. Our yards and house are double gated and we live in a neighborhood
where everyone looks out for everyone else, so that's a bonus. Your
dog will be outfitted with an identification tag that lists me as someone to call
in case there is a mishap. I have excellent experience dealing
with all types of doggy personalities and sizes. I will be happy to
show you around on your orientation visit. If for some reason your
dog becomes injured or ill during their stay I will follow your instructions
or follow my emergency procedures to make sure they will be exceptionally
cared for.
- Where will my dog sleep?
- Answer: Your dog will sleep in my home wherever they are happiest.
I don't crate dogs at night, (unless that's what they're used and
feel secure with) If they're a first time visitor I play it
by ear. Different dogs like different things, whether it be the carpet,
the tile floor, their own dog bed, the couch, upstairs, downstairs, etc. Before
I board your dog I'll have you come over and you can see my home and yard
and you can give me some info on what your dog usually does at home.
- Will you walk my dog while they're at your house?
- Answer: Yes. I take the dogs on a half hour walk each morning,
and quite often in the evenings as well. If your dog doesn't need
a walk or isn't used to being on a leash I will make sure they get lots
of exercise in the yard (playing ball, tug-o-war, etc.)
- Will you call me with updates while I'm gone?
- Answer: Feel free to call me any time to check up on your
pup. I don't call out unless there's a medical emergency.
